Quality Assurance
Incoming Quality Control
Inspect upper materials, unvulcanized rubber compounds, and hardware for appearance defects, specification deviations, and processing issues before production.

First-Pair Approval
Our prototyping, production, and quality teams jointly inspect the first finished pair of each SKU against the approved sample and specifications before bulk production proceeds.

In-Process Quality Control
Monitor upper preparation, stitching, shoe assembly, adhesive application, and workmanship throughout production.

Pre- and Post- Vulcanization Inspection
Check shape, symmetry, alignment, and vulcanization quality; assess deformation and verify bonding strength through pull testing.

Final Quality Control
Inspect finished shoes for appearance, workmanship, size and specification compliance, cleanliness, pair matching, labeling, and packaging accuracy.

AQL Pre-Shipment Inspection
Conduct a final pre-shipment inspection using the agreed AQL standard and customer-specific requirements before goods are released for shipment.
